Mark & Novella Parke are the lead Pastors here at Faith Life. With over 20 years of ministry experience they have a passion to reach the lost with the love of Christ and to uplift the body of Christ through preaching, praise, prayer & encouragement. Novella is also the worship leader at Faith Life. The two met while preparing for full time ministry at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Ok. The Parke's have been married 19 years and have two children, Caleb (18) and Brittany (16).

Emilio & Elisa Rodriguez serve the church as Director's of Ministry Development. They overseee many areas of the church to assure that each area is run with excellence and brings glory to God. The Rodriguez's have had over 20+ years in ministry experience ranging from children's ministry, youth ministry, drama, music, Master's Commission & more. They are a great asset to the Faith Life team. Emilio & Elisa have been married for 23 yrs and have two children, Justus (20) & Emily (19)

Emanuel & Heather Ramos are the Youth Leaders here at Faith Life. Emanuel has a love & passion for developing youth for Christ and to see the youth of today become equipped with the tools needed for adulthood. Heather"s passion along with her artistic abilities in video, graphic design and activity planning make this dynamic team complete. Emanuel & Heather have been married 5+ years and are expecting their first child in July 2012.
